• Original Passport with 6-month Validity must be signature of passport holder. Along with all previous passport if available.
• 02 Pictures white background (35cmx45cm). Be in sharp focus, clear and with good contrasts.
• Copy of CNIC both side Cleared.
• Last Six Months Bank Statement along with account maintenance letter sign & stamp from bank.
• Last Six-month salary slips (if employed).
• Job Letter from Company (If Employed).
• NTN Number + Tax Return last two years.
• Chamber Membership Certificate Valid (If Applicable).
• Family Registration Certificate "FRC" or Marriage Registration Certificate "MRC" (If all Family Travel)
